After extensive testing by NVCS staff, we’re happy to announce the the hotfix will be released on the 21st of November.

A hotfix should be with us in mid-November. We’ll be testing early next week and will publish a firm date for the fix as soon as we have it.

If a Service Provider has enabled a background image or blur in a previous Near Me call and proceeds into another call, it is possible callers will not see the Service Provider until the Service Provider mutes and unmutes their camera.
N.B. A Service Provider will not know they can’t be seen as their self-view will work as expected.
The problem does not occur every time or, within a group call, seen by every caller. The problem seems to occur with certain browser version combinations.
Induction Healthcare/Attend Anywhere is aware of the problem and is hoping to have a fix in place soon.
