What is Connect Me?
Connect Me is the name for a variety of NHS Scotland remote monitoring pathways which may be offered as an option for people to interact and communicate with healthcare professionals. The Connect Me Service uses a person’s own simple devices to enable individuals to share information with healthcare professionals and/or automated monitoring services. This helps them to safely self-manage their health needs from home or wherever is convenient for them.

NVCS Role
Our team build and test all Connect Me pathways for NHS Scotland. We also support these pathways by providing demos, training materials and a national NHSS service desk.
