The NVCS Service Desk is your dedicated single point of contact for all virtual consultation incidents and requests within NHS Scotland.

The Service Desk operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, offering a range of services including:

  • Full remote support of Near Me for all users of the Scottish platform.
  • Remote Support of networked video conference systems.
  • Support of video calls from PC or mobile devices.
  • Remote assistance for patients with video call problems.

Patients should not call us directly. If you wish to have us contact a patient please contact us first for details and the approved procedure.
